Common questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We visit your home, measure the space, talk through options and send you a written quote at no cost.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on scope. A bathroom often takes a few weeks and a kitchen or basement longer. Your quote includes a schedule for your specific project.
Do you handle permits?
Where a permit is required, such as structural changes or basement units, we prepare and arrange it as part of the project.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
Usually, yes. We seal off work areas, control dust and plan the work so you can keep using the rest of your home.
Do you help with design and material choices?
Yes. We give you layout options and help you choose cabinets, tile, flooring and fixtures that fit your budget.
Which areas do you cover?
Scarborough, Toronto and the wider GTA including Markham, Pickering, Ajax, Richmond Hill and North York.
